Ordering & shipping

How long does an AllHemp.com order take to arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and standard US delivery is typically 3–7 business days after processing, so most US orders arrive within about a week and a half. Every item ships directly from the brand that makes it, so an order containing products from two makers arrives as two parcels, each with its own tracking number and its own delivery date.

Who actually ships my order?

The maker does. AllHemp.com is a marketplace: when you order, the brand that produced the item packs and ships it to you directly from their own warehouse. Fewer hands touch the parcel, delivery is faster, and food and body-care stock is fresher than it would be sitting in a middleman's warehouse. Your confirmation email comes from AllHemp.com; tracking follows from each maker as their parcel leaves.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We ship across the United States and to Canada. International availability varies by maker — some brands ship worldwide and others are domestic only. Email Shop@AllHemp.com with the product and your country and we'll confirm before you order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as each parcel leaves the maker. Orders that split across multiple makers generate multiple tracking numbers, which arrive separately as each brand dispatches.

Returns & refunds

What is AllHemp.com's return policy?

Return windows and conditions are set by each brand, not by AllHemp.com, so they vary from product to product. Email Shop@AllHemp.com with your order number and we'll confirm the exact policy for your item and arrange the return with the vendor on your behalf. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — returns sent without authorization can't be processed.

Why isn't there one return window for everything?

Because every item on the site ships from the brand that made it, and each brand runs its own returns desk with its own terms. Publishing a single flat window would be inaccurate for most of the catalog. Telling you the real policy for your specific item takes one email and gets you a correct answer instead of a convenient one.

My order arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. What now?

Contact us straight away at Shop@AllHemp.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. Damaged, defective and incorrectly shipped items are treated as an error on our side regardless of the maker's standard return terms.

Are hemp food and body-care products returnable?

Generally no. Hemp foods, supplements and opened personal-care items are usually final sale for health and safety reasons. If one arrives damaged or past its date, email us and we'll replace or refund it.

Hemp materials & care

Is everything on AllHemp.com actually made of hemp?

Yes. Where the brand supplies the detail, hemp content and blend percentages are listed on the product page under “Materials and hemp content” — including when an item is a hemp blend, most commonly hemp with organic cotton, rather than 100% hemp. If a product isn't genuinely made with hemp, it doesn't belong in the catalog.

Will hemp clothing shrink or feel scratchy?

Hemp softens with every wash rather than wearing out, so a garment that feels crisp on day one gets more comfortable over months of use. Woven hemp fabric sold by the yard should be pre-washed and dried before cutting, because hemp and hemp blends shrink on the first wash. Finished garments have already been through that process.

How do I wash hemp?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors, then tumble dry low or line dry. Hemp shoes are the exception: spot clean with warm water and mild soap and air dry away from direct heat, because machine washing strips the water-repellent finish and weakens the bond between upper and sole. Care instructions specific to each item appear in the “Care” panel on its product page.

Is hemp clothing legal, and will it get me high?

Industrial hemp is legal to grow, sell and own in the United States under the 2018 Farm Bill, and hemp products contain no meaningful THC. Industrial hemp is defined as cannabis containing 0.3% THC or less by dry weight — the fiber used in textiles, cord, paper and bioplastics carries none of the psychoactive effect associated with marijuana. Hemp fabric, hemp seed food and hemp body care are ordinary consumer goods.

Why is hemp considered more sustainable than cotton?

Hemp typically needs roughly half the water of conventional cotton, grows without pesticides because it is naturally pest-resistant, and returns nutrients to the soil through a deep root system that also prevents erosion. It is among the more effective crops for carbon capture — commonly cited figures put absorption at around 1.6 tons of CO₂ per ton of hemp produced. Every part of the plant has a use, from the fiber to the hurd to the seed, and hemp textiles biodegrade rather than shedding microplastics.

Wholesale & bulk

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes. AllHemp.com supplies retailers, brands, distributors and manufacturers with bulk hemp apparel, fabric by the roll, cord and twine, body care, food and raw materials such as fiber, hurd and sliver. Visit the wholesale page or email Shop@AllHemp.com with the products and quantities you need.

Can you source a hemp product you don't currently list?

Often, yes. We work directly with hemp growers, mills and manufacturers, and the catalog represents a fraction of what we can source. Tell us the specification — fiber type, weight, width, quantity, timeline — and we'll tell you whether it's possible.

Can my brand sell on AllHemp.com?

Yes — we take applications from hemp brands that want their products listed. Read how the relationship works and apply on the Become a Brand Partner page.
