Unlike traditional cork sandals that feel rigid right out of the box, our footbed is designed to move with you. By blending natural cork with rubber, we've created a footbed that is surprisingly flexible—you can nearly fold it in half—while still providing the support your feet need all day long.

The molded footbed features a deep heel cup, contoured arch support, and metatarsal support to help distribute weight naturally and keep you comfortable mile after mile. It's finished with a soft 1mm linen top layer that feels cool, breathable, and natural underfoot.

The adjustable hemp straps are handcrafted from our signature retwisted hemp inner-fiber cord, giving each pair the distinctive texture and durability Nomadic is known for.

Fit

The two adjustable straps allow you to fine-tune the fit for a wide range of foot shapes. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

A note from chris...You all asked for more hemp options so here it is.  this works, to make an entire sandals out of hemp cord would not.  This works because the cord is off the ground.  This is more your dry comfort shoe.  hemp stiffens up after it gets wet a little.  I would recommend NOT machine washing.  Hemp is super soft and cozy.
